OECD gives thumbs up to open exchange

In the run-up to the G8 Summit in Scotland, the OECD is touting the virtues of free trade:
The Paris-based OECD estimated that workers in advanced economies, like Europe, could gain the equivalent of a full year's income over their working lives if countries increased competition in their domestic economies and reduced trade barriers, the Financial Times reported Wednesday.
